at Helly Hansen Watersports Centre. 15 The Quays. Salford. M50 3SQ

Only £5.

We have places for 10 women. Bring a wet suit if you have one , swim costume some old trainers, a towel and a packed lunch.

Wet suits are available if you don’t have one.

Geo Caching in December

On the Sunday 4th December 2012 we will be trying our hand at Geo Caching around Delamere Forest.

Meeting 12:30 at Delamere Train Station

We’ll be seeking out hidden treasures around the forest in this game requiring GPS & a keen eye.

Dress for the weather & bring a packed lunch and a drink.

Autumn Walk Sunday 4th Nov 2012

 On the Sunday of Sapphormation Festival 2012 we will take a scenic stroll around the Mersey Valley.

Meeting 12:30 at Stretford Tram Stop

This leisurely walk is suitable for all abilities and will last around 2-3 hours with a break inbetween.

Dress for the weather & bring a packed lunch and a drink

Sports Day

Our next event will be a fun packed sports day on Sunday 16th September 12.30-4.00 p.m. at MMU Didsbury Site in the sports centre grounds.

Bring a packed lunch and a drink and ww will provide six sports for you to have a go at including badminton, volleyball, basketball, kwick cricket, rounders and more.

Our next event is on Sunday 16th September 2012 where we will be running a light hearted sports day at MMU Didsbury, Manchester, Sports centre. Its free of cost just bring your kit and a butty!

In October we will be indoor climbing cost £10

In November we are going for a winter walk -Free

In December we will be Geo coaching in the forrest- Free
